HOGFATHERS SMOKED SAUSAGE LINKS –

The Hogfathers make each of their sausages by hand, using brisket trimmings, pork, and a variety of perfectly balanced seasonings, all stuffed in natural hog casing. Then, we smoke our sausages for 4-6 hours, giving the meat a deep smoky flavor that the store-bought links can’t match. They are perfect to throw on the grill or smoker, and can be the star of the show or an excellent side dish for any backyard BBQ.

Order is made up of 35-40 links that are vacuum sealed and ready to cook

Count on 2-3 links per person depending on appetite

Choose between plain, green onion, or jalapeño cheddar
