Grill Masters Supply and The Hogfathers BBQ team have teamed up for an epic backyard barbecue class at the Grill Masters Supply showroom in Louisville, KY.
During this hands-on event, you will learn how to perfectly prepare and cook turkey, prime rib, and ham for your next holiday gathering. We will teach you everything from meat selection, preparation, cooking techniques, finishing techniques, along with some additional holiday cheer.
You will get a class manual with detailed instructions and recipes, samples of each of the meats we cook, a carving knife, and, of course at the end, you will enjoy eating the final product..
All questions will be answered and by the end of the class you will have the skills to wow your family by bringing that gourmet touch to your holiday table!
Seating is limited, so book your seat early.
