Grill Masters Supply and The Hogfathers BBQ team have teamed up for an epic tailgating barbecue class at the Grill Masters Supply showroom in Louisville, KY.
During this hands-on event, you will learn how to perfectly prepare and cook mouth watering game day morsels of scrumptiousness for your next tailgate or game day party. Together we will teach you how to prepare smoked barbacoa nachos, smoked mozzarella meatballs, pork belly burnt ends, and shredded bologna sliders. Each class participant will receive a course manual with detailed instructions and recipes, samples of everything we cook, and a $10 gift card.
All questions will be answered and by the end of the class you will leave with the skills to be THE game day barbecue hero to your friends and family.
The Hogfathers teach time and temperature and what you learn will apply to all cooking skill levels and all types of smokers.
