Grill Masters Supply and The Hogfathers BBQ team have teamed up for an epic backyard barbecue class at the Grill Masters Supply showroom in Louisville, KY.
During this hands-on event, you will learn how to perfectly cook mouth watering chicken four ways – traditional barbecue, wings, pulled, and thighs. We will teach you everything from meat preparation, trimming, seasoning, wood and pellet selection, and, of course, cooking. Each class participant will receive a course manual with detailed instructions and recipes, samples of chicken we cook, and a $10 gift card.
All questions will be answered and by the end of the class you will leave with the skills to be a backyard barbecue hero to your friends and family.
The Hogfathers teach time and temperature and what you learn will apply to all cooking skill levels and all types of smokers.
Seating is limited.
