We start by applying a seasoning blend that includes paprika, garlic, salt, sugar, and some additional spices. Then, we smoke the ribs low and slow using hickory hardwood until they turn a beautiful mahogany color. We then pull the ribs from the smoker, add a few Hogfather finishing touches, wrap them up tight, and place them back in the smoker until they are fall-off-the-bone tender.
